My name is Ivan Herrera, but many know me as “El Chino”.  The path that led me to Ocala began in the vibrant heart of Miami with our successful venture, The Miami Floors – Baths & Veneers. For over a decade, we led the industry, bringing innovation and precision to every project. Our reputation there isn’t just about professional excellence but building relationships and trust.

But with time, the bustling streets of Miami started feeling a tad too overwhelming. The allure of Ocala’s serene environment, its closeness to nature, and the promise of inner peace became irresistible to me, my wife, and my children.
